Mission Statement: The mission of the Excelsior Springs Museum & Archives is to collect and preserve the history of the City of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, and provide information regarding people who have resided in this community.

Goal: The goal of the Excelsior Springs Museum & Archives is to collect and preserve historical artifacts, assist those doing research on either the community or their families, create museum displays, maintain crafts of quilting and weaving, provide historical programs for schools and civic organizations, conduct tours of the museum, and be open for casual browsing by visitors.

We appreciate the interest you have expressed in the city of Excelsior Springs and its surrounding area. Please visit the museum if you are in the area.
